Songs that span our History
The Eternal Battle
A concept album
One tree. Five hundred years. The story of who really pays the price of empire.
Witness Tree is the project of a songwriter who has spent decades watching the same battle play out — the powerful taking, the meek enduring, history rhyming with itself across centuries.
The Eternal Battle traces that arc from the first European ships on the American shore to the present day, through Celtic strings, tribal rhythms, Irish reels, and the quiet truth of a finger-picked guitar.
These are not protest songs. They are witness songs. The kind that don't demand anything — they simply remember, and ask whether you've been paying attention.
The album ends with a question. It was always going to.
These songs were conceived long before AI tools made them possible — and finally exist because of them.
